This dramatic, architectural, Portland stone chimneypiece is named after one of England’s greatest architects, Sir John Vanbrugh (1664-1726), who built Blenheim Palace and Castle Howard. The impressive lintel has two overlaid key blocks, supported by deeply moulded jambs inset with squared voissors.
