Created from solid oak, the traditional British timber, the design for
this stool is derived from the studies of ancient Greek and Roman
classical cultures. Combined with the prevailing styles of English
furniture of the late 18th century; the stool illustrates the transition
between the Neo-Classical and the Regency.
